From there we head to the coast for Il Sette, Poderesette's fresh, varietal Cabernet Franc grown in Bolgheri itself. Back up to the hills for Guardoalto, Il Quinto's Merlot-Syrah-Cabernet Sauvignon blend from the estate's original plots.
