Tenuta Il Quinto, Magliano In Toscana, Tuscany

Tenuta Il Quinto is the realization of a dream that traveled from Bordeaux to Italy. Inspired by the rugged beauty of the Argentario coast, Monsieur Saby traded the limestone of St. Étienne for the mineral-rich clays of the Maremma to craft world-class, Bordeaux-style blends with an Italian pulse. This legacy of excellence is now carried forward by a dynamic female-led team. Vittoria has taken over the family estate, working in close harmony with Valentina, their young winemaker, to push the boundaries of organic purity. Utilizing a mix of traditional oak, concrete, and amphora, they have refined the Il Quinto style: sophisticated, saline, and deeply reflective of the coastal landscape they call home.
