Returns & Refund Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products — small-production, temperature-sensitive Italian wines — all sales are final once an order has been dispatched. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or taste preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We inspect every order before dispatch. If your wine arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@terravino.sg, including your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or amended free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has left our Pandan Loop warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled or returned.
Event Tickets
Tickets for winemaker dinners, tastings, and masterclasses secure your seat and are credited toward wine purchases made at the event. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the event, as catering and seating commitments will already have been confirmed with our venue partners at that point.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event may be refunded, or transferred to another guest, at our discretion. No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
As a perishable, temperature-sensitive product, wine cannot be returned once delivered, regardless of whether the bottle has been opened. This policy protects the integrity and traceability of our products for every customer. Event tickets are likewise non-returnable — see Event Tickets above.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved under the Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items provision above, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
